    Magna Carta

    The Magna Carta is a document witch the king John of England hade to sighn. This was the first docment forced into England. The poeple forced the king into sighning the document so the his powers would be limited.

  • Mayflower Compact

    41 adult men on the mayflower signed a compact. It made them free from england and it said that they hade to obey the law where they were going.

  • Petition of Rights

    It is a major English constitution document that sets out specific liberties that the king prohibited from infringing. The consitution limited the kings power and gave the poeple more rights.

  • Navigation Act

    The navigation act is when the Eniglish and British w\would trade. The british could only trade with the united states. They couldnt trade with anyone else.

  • English Bill of Rights

    The English Bill of Rights invited the United State tojoint sovereigns with England. it layed down the limits of power.It gave people more rights

  • Proclomation of 1763

    The proclamation was to organize new North American empire and to stabilize relations with Native North Americans through trade. It organized relations with the Native Americans and there trade.

    The Sugar Act was based on the Molasses Act. It was based off of the all the high taxes.

  • The Stamp Act

    This new taxe was impoed on all americans. There was a tax put on everything and the money was for defending and protecting the American frontier.

    It was a prtition on the taxes. The colonest dumped 3 ship loads of taxed tea into the boston harbor.

    It was a retribution for American colonial defiance and the Boston Tea Party.It was 4 acts that were posted by the british parlenent.

  • The First Continental Congress

    It was 35 congress members that hade a medding. this was the first continental congress.

  • The First Shots Fired at Lexinton and Concord

    It was a battle between Great Briton and the 13 Colonies.They were figting for independance.

  • The Second Continental Congress

    The second Congress managed the colonial war effort, and moved incrementally towards independence. They moved incredably twards independane.

  • The Declaration of Independence

    It was made when the 13 colonies and great britin all came independent. It declared our independance from england. It is one of the bigest declaration in the United States.
