Then one night when they were robbing a man Eddie accidently pulled the trigger to the gun that he had and almost kills a man. Both of there lives are ruined and they are no longer given a chance by any school at a scholarship. there basketball team loses in the first round of the playoffs without them. marcus is sent to jail but gets out on bail while they still investigate eddies part in the case. Also Eddie loses his scholarship to St.Johns. -

THey go through a tough time with there familys because Eddies mom is very emotional while on the other hand Marcus's mom is dissapointed.
