    At a young age Beethoven learned to play piano, and violin and took lessons from his father and tutors. The rigor, and brutality from his father would effect him for the rest of his life. His father would sometimes wake him up in the middle of the night to perform for his fathers drinking companions.

    Beethoven's father had worsening alcoholism and his voice was decaying so he will no longer be able to support the family. He could not do much so he would just wait until death eventually. At this time Beethoven was performing music to earn money for his family.

He composed an opera, 6 symphonies, 4 solo concerti, 5 string quartet, 6 string sonatas, 7 piano sonatas, 5 piano variations, 4 overtures, and 4 trios.

He had made some more great music, but he has already slowed down his composing. The last thing he composed was Ode to Joy, it was originally a poem by Fredrick Schiller so Beethoven turned it into song lyrics and a piece of music to go along.

    Ludwig van Beethoven died on March 26 1827 in Vienna Austria, people claimed his death was caused by post-hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver. Beethoven got a disability and managed to cope with it even when composing. Many of the music pieces that Beethoven composed are still being looked at today all over the world.
