Beginnings
Auguste Comte was born on January 19, 1798, in Montpellier, France. Beliefs was not trusted as much at this time. Comte spent most of his life not believing in religion and developing philosophy.

Development of Social Doctrine
Comte participated in lectures to assert his idea that society has its own set of laws. The six-volume Course of Positive Philosophy was his major work. He did not complete the lectures because he was hospitalized regularly through out a span of years for having breakdowns. -
Auguste Comte's Religion
I have learned a lot from this video summary of Auguste Comte life. What I mainly have taken away from the video is the wide expansion of his reach to the people with his religion. Comte's Death
Comte died from stomach cancer in 1857 but he left behind a legacy.
