John dalton
He was born on 6 September 1766 he Died on 27 July 1844 Dalton proposed his atomic theory in 1804. His theory all matter is composed of extremely small particles called atoms. This impacted atomic theory he was one of the first people to propose this type of theory. -
J. J. Thomson
He was born on December 18, 1856 he died August 30, 1940. His atomic theory is called plum pudding model. He made it after doing the cathode ray tube experiment witch showed that atoms had negatively charged particles. The model was called the plum pudding model because he thought atoms were balls filled with a bunch of negatively charged particles called electrons.
