Open low shot could imply that it was taken from a childs point of view. This is also quite agressive because they're arguing. He was blood on his shirt which indicates danger and death. The lights on the roof suggest that its set in a hospital. This all sets the mood for the film. -

The lampost looks like its hanging over the houses and makes it look as if something is watching over the place. This is an establishing shot to introduce the setting and location. -

In this scene we see a dog eating some sort of object. After getting a opening feel of the genre, we can guess it is some sort of limb. The chain around the dog's neck also gives us the impression that the dog is vicious and maybe breeded to guard. -

In this clip we happen to see a silohette like figure, which appears to look like an old woman in a hospital gown holding an umbrella. This is a very odd combination of cothing and accessories, therefore it is possible this woman is mental and maybe came out of a mental home. -

This edit shows a mirrored view of the neighbourhood, however this is the first scene we encounter a normal lifestyle where kids are cycling and the colour is less grey scaled. Therefore this may be a glimpse of the past. The mirrored image would also help to make it feel as if you are seeing the past. -

We now see three children wearing identical clothing all running away from the camera, however this time the shot is from an adults view. The girl nearest to the camera soon turns around with a timid smile.
