    The SAOA was during the earliest age of mainstream animation lasting from the early 1900s to the late 1920s with the rise of sound technology, and majority of animations were just moving graphics. The earliest animation was the 1908 French short film "Fantasmagorie" by Emile Cohl.
    Naturally the SAOA came to a halt with Therese of sound technology in the 920s. Soon many studios quickly worked to take an advantage to it
