    The 7 years was (aka the french Indian war) was a war that lasted nine years that started with unhappy natives fighting back against the colonists in their land. it ended with an agreement not so settle past the Appalachian mountains and to leave the natives alone.

    The stamp act was a very large tax that was put on stamps that lead the colonists who were already upset about not being able to settle west even more mad that they now had to pay for the king of England to lick his wounds in a war they didn't have any part in.

    The Boston massacre was an event that took place on the streets of Boston. a squad of British soldiers shot and killed 5 unarmed civilians for protesting taxation without representation. Paul revere (having not witnessed the event take place) later drew it and sent it all over the country warning colonists about the dangers of the British, calling it the Bloody Massacre.

    Protest against the taxation of imported tea. The sons of liberty boarded a boat carrying what is now millions of dollars worth of tea overboard dressed as native Americans. They also boycotted the purchasing of tea
