The French And Indian War was a war that lasted nine years, and was in the same time span as The Seven Years War. During the French and Indian War, Great Britain and France fought for land. The French and Indian War resulted in Great Britain getting a large amount of land and when the war ended in 1763, the Treaty of Paris was signed.
