A group of colonists dressed up as Inidians and ran aboard 3 ships which had tea aboard. They dumped the tea into the harbor, essentially ruining it.

The parliment imposes this act as a punishment sort of for the Boston Tea Party. They close the Port of Boston and demand that the colonists pay for the nearly 1 million dollars worth of tea that was dumped into the harbor.

There was a meeting held in Virginia, they were voting on whether or not they should put the colony into a state of defense and arm the people, and hurt/kill as many people they saw fit for the purpose. Parick Henry gave his famous "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" speech just before the people voted.

The Brittish were coming to take control of Bunker Hill and the peninsialla, So, the rebels made camps and fought back. Even though the rebels lost, they gained a confidence boost because they inflicted a lot of harm to the Brittish troops.

This was the turning point of the AMerican Revolutionary War. America lost to the British in the first fight, but about 10 days later the British attacked again and lost. After this loss, the British surrendered.

America needed help and France was there for us. They provided financial support (military aid, and loans) for the 13 colonies. This may of been the turning point of the war.

This is the battle which made Cornwallis surrender to Washington, on October 17th, 1781. Washington fought hard, and non-stop for about 3 weeks. which is what made Cornwallis surrender.
