The British barged in Concord where an arsenal empty. They were ready to march back to Boston but it was too late. There were 3,000 and 4,000 minutemen ready to fire in where this turned into a slaughter. This being the most bloodiest and embarrassing for the British. The British men that were able to escape and make it back to Boston let them know and now the Colonist became an enemy to the British.

Paul Revere, William Dawes, and Samuel Prescott went out to inform everyone that 700 British troops were on their way to Concord. The British troops reached lexington and saw 70 minute men lined up on the Village Green. The British soldiers asked them to settle down and someone shot making the British soldiers shot as well killing 8 minutemen and injuring 10. This is the first battle of the Revolutionary war that lasted only 15 minutes.

The British general decided to get revenge and have a war with the militia on Breed's Hill near Bunker Hill. Sending 2,400 British soldiers up the hill to get a higher ground. The minutemen waited till the last minute to shoot easily taking down the British soldiers. The Colonist lost 450 men and the British lost a 1,000 victims. This is the most deadliest battle of the Revolutionary War.
