    Officialy ended the war. Benjamin Franklin sent to France to discus the American terms of ending the war, calling for all british troops to be removed from american soil. The British asked that all loyalists who decided to stay be treated fairly. After a year of negotiation the treaty was signed and The United States Of America became a recognized country.
