    The Boston Massacre happened before the American Revolution. This event was a fight between the Patriots and the English soldiers. In this fight, 5 colonists were killed and the rest of the colonists were very mad. These colonists wanted to get revenge at these soldiers for killing these innocent people, and that is one reason of why the American Revolution started.

    The Boston Tea Party occured before the American Revolution. In this event, Patriots dressed up as Native Indians so the English wouldn't recognize them, they brought huge crates of tea, and they boarded a ship. Once they got to their location, they began to dump out all of the tea that they brung. They did this because they were tired of being taxed for tea and many more things. But they got caught, and they were punished. This event was an another reason on why the American Revolution started.

    The First Continental Congress happened prior to the American Revolution. In this event, its main goal was to state the colonists concerns and to ask the King to fix the problems that the colonists may have. In result, boycotting British goods continued and they prepared colonial militias for war. This event was another huge reason why the American Revolution happened.

    The Battle of Lexington & Concord was one of the first battles to start off the American Revolution War. In this battle, the first shot of the American Revolution was made and that is very important event in this war. But unfortunately, this war was won by the British so that was a big lose for the Americans. But that didn't stop the Americans, so they started planning for the next battle in this war.

    The Second Continental Congress was a meeting of delegates from the Thirteen Colonies, in which they united during the American Revolution. This meeting was supposed to help the Americans to finally declare independence from the British, but then again the Congress had very limited powers. They didn't get independence during the meeting so they kept on declaring war, but they might get it later on during the American Revolution.

    The Battle of Bunker Hill was also one of the major battles during the American Revolution, it was one of the first stages of the Revolution. This battle occurred during the Siege of Boston and was won by the British so another lose to the Americans again, but they never gave up and they are only coming back stronger.

    The Declaration of Independence was written by Thomas Jefferson, it was written to declare independence to the American Patriots from the British. This Declaration was adopted at the Second Continental Congress and July 4th was the day that the Declaration of Independence was signed so that Americans will have independence, and that is why we celebrate independence day every July 4th to this day.

    The Battle of Trenton was a major battle that occurred during the American Revolution. This battle happened after General George Washington and his soldiers were trapped in a cold winter, but they managed to win two battles after the icy incident one being The Battle of Trenton. One of the main reasons that this battle occurred was because General Washington wanted to do a surprise attack on the German Hessians, and that attack succeeded.

    Surrender at Battle of Yorktown

    The Battle of Yorktown was the last battle of the American Revolution. The Americans won this battle and forced the British to surrender. And since this was the last battle and the Americans won it, that means the Americans won the American Revolutionary War. General George Washington was one of the greatest leaders to this day, he took untrained workers and turned them into trained soldiers, and they still won the war. General Washington is such an inspiration to many people today.

    The Treaty of Paris, 1783 ended the American Revolutionary War for good. Both America and British Representatives signed the treaty to end the war completely. It is insane that America went on this crazy rollercoaster just to have their independence. it took hard work and dedication to get their independence and that is just mind blowing to think about. This win from America is deserved and I am so happy that we have out independence back!
