    This war brought tension between England and France for land purposes. Spain had joined the war to fight with France against England. When the war was over the Treaty of Paris was signed and England gained Canada and Florida from France and Spain

    This war was a war for independence from Britain. Had assistance from France and had at least 25 battles. The war ended in 1783 in Yorktown, VA

    This battle was the lead up to the American Revolution. The 1st shots heard around the world and also the militia attacked the redcoats first.

    Thomas Jefferson was the author of this document. It also was divided into five sections and had a list grievances to King George III.

    Bought by Thomas Jefferson from France for $11,250,000. Had bought 800,000 sq. mi. And doubled the United States

    This war was the second war for independence. The US were fighting against British, Canadian, and Native American troops and with all the defeats, the U.S. managed to hold together.

    This war had an issue with Mexico on border distribution. When the treaty of Guadalupe hidalgo was signed the border of US and Mexico was the Rio Grande and later we got the Mexican seccsion.

    This war was against our own people. Confederates vs Union and the north(Union) no matter what would happened, the union kept the USA together.

    This speech was told by Abraham lincoln and it was dedicated to the soldiers nationals cemetery in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. Four and a half months after the union armies defeated those of the confederacy army in the battle of Gettysburg

    This was a tragic for the 16th president of the United states. President Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth at Ford's Theater. He was shot in the back of the head and eventually died.
