Alen is devistated to hear that his grandmother dies so he stops exercising and starts eating again. Sincehe is eating he will lose all his progress and will become obese if does not stop. -
The weekend
Alen and his bestfriend hangout and his friend starts drinking alcohol. he is concerned that he will get caught, he will get sick from drinking, he will die if he drinks too much and he is worried how it will effect his health. -
loss
The next day Alen wakesup but his friend doesnt. Alen calls 911 and when they arrive they check for a heartbeat but there isnt one. the medics announce that Bobby ( alen's friend) is dead. -
coping
alen cant belive that his bestfriend past away. alen goes to a councelor and thats howhe is coping with his friends death. He starts eating fat foods again. -
family history
Alen learns about his family history and health diseases. he will starteating because he does not want to have a stroke, heartattack, become obese and he doesnt want to get heart disease. -
smoking again?
Alen's aunt huyen starts smoking. she quit back in march of this year but now she started again because she is really stressed out. she might lose her job. -

stop
alen's friend goes to a party and he goes with her. she then gets drunk and ahe wants to drive but she cannot because she is not sober. alen tells her that she can crash and she is at risk or alcohol posioning. -
sick
alen is home sick with the flue for the entire week. he can rest, eat healthy or exercise to get better. next year he can stay aways from sick people, eat healthy, and wear the right clothing for the right weather. -
puberty
alen begins puberty. alen is thinking about girls more often and his voice is changing. he also is growing pubic hair and is thinking through situations -
the talk
alen's parents tell him to wait untill mariage to have sex, they let him know about the chances or getting a diseases, and they say how he is too young and not ready.
