    Albert Einstein had a very important impact in history. Without his discoveries, it would have took much longer for others to discover it. Life would have been so much different, even in this time period. Scientist would have a much more difficult time with their studies. The technology today and our thoughts would not be the same, all thanks to Albert Einstein.

  • Triple Alliance

    Their was a triple alliance between Italy, Austria, and Germany. It started in 1882-1915. The alliance was a secret agreement. If any of the countries were attacked, the other countries would assist the country.

  • Battle of Tel el Kebir

    During this battle, Albert was three years old. The battle was fought between the Egyptian army and British military, in Tel El Kebir. The cause of the battle was for the United Kingdom to protect their financial and expansionist interests in the country.

  • Jack the Ripper

    There was a man known as "Jack the Ripper" back in late 1800s. He gained his name because he was a serial killer in London who killed six women. He enslaved women, cut their throats, and rip out their organs.

  • Earthquake

    Back in 1891, an earthquake in Japan killed about 10,000 people. This earthquake was known as Mino-Owari. The surface magnitude was 8.0 which is alarmingly high. many people lost their homes, families, and lives.

  • Downfall

    Albert Einstein was expelled from high school. He gad a bad attitude which was effecting his other classmates. His family was poor and he didn't have a job. Albert decided to attempt an exam to to go college at age 16. The subject was zoology, botany, and modern language. He failed the exam miserable. He then had no pathway to anywhere and no job. But Einstein never gave up.

  • Earned his degree from Aarau

    After failing the exam of zoology, botany, and modern language to join FIT at age 16. He attempted another exam at a different college. He passed the exam of science ranking extremely high. FIT saw the exam and admitted him back into the college.

  • Graduated from FIT

    All throughout college, all he focused on was his personal studies. Albert was fixing other scientists studies into finding his own. He barley showed up to class and his friend had to help him out to keep Albert's grade up. By the end he hardly graduated with a 82% at age 20.

  • President McKinley Assassination

    President McKinley was assassinated by an anarchist. He was third President shot after Abraham Lincoln and James A. Garfield. Theodore Roosevelt soon took his place as President of the United States.
  • Theory of Special Relativity

    When Albert was 26, he discovered the Theory of Special Relativity. His theory changed the way people think, even today. Albert set off the start of the "miracle year", 1905. Einstein discovered that the speed of light in a vacuum was independent of the motion of all observers. And that the laws of physics are the same or any observer. Albert also discovered gravity.

  • Albert's new discovery

    In addition to the miracle year, Albert Einstein discovered a new mathematical equation. At age 26, he published a 3 page article about his new discovery. Einstein explained the equivalence between mass and energy. As the speed is constant, the mass of the body is proportional to its mass.

  • The return

    Albert returned to Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, 1915. He succeeded as a professor in his old school. There was so good memories that were brought to him. Only the memories of his teachers not believing he would go anywhere and gave him no recommendation of a job when he graduated. But he had to leave because his wife was unhappy with his choice.

  • Albert Einstein's fame began

    His theories where spreading world wide, changing the way people think. He discoveries where on newsapapers, peoples conversations, and many wanted an interview with Albert. HE would politely decline all interviews. Albert did not like being wrld wide famouse. He felt like he was an amzing new zoo animal or world wonder expecting him to perform. But he didnt want to be bothered and he wanted to finish his studies.

  • Adolf Hitler

    This major historical event happened in Germany, where Einstein lived. He did not approve of Hitler's ways and the wars, such as most of the people. Hitler was a dictator in charge of the Nazi's from 1933-1945. He was a terrible person that killed his own people. He died of suicide.

  • President of Isreal

    At 1952, the first President of Israel, Chaim Weizmann, asked Albert to be the next president. Chaim believed that his scientific brilliance would lead Israel to freedom and peace. Einstein sympathetically turned down the offer. He thought he lacked interpersonal skill to be a leader.
