al-Queda is a network of multinational, stateslass army. Although many memebers have taken refuge in afghanistan, it has no official country that it is allied with. Their goals are to impose a strict version of the sharia law, women arn't allowed to go outside without being fully covered and with an man escorting them. Women arn't allowed to be educated and should stay home and raise shildren.There is no technology or any drugs of anykind. -

Hotel Bombings Aden,Yemen
al-Qaida set off an explosion at the Gold Muhur hotel, thinking that there were American soldiers staying there. By the time that the bomb went off the soldiers has already left. The explosion killed two tourists from Australia. The two Yemini Muslims involved with this were said to be trained in Afghanistan. -

Al-Qaida operatives carried out the bombings of the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, killing more than 200 people and injuring more than 5,000 others. It was concluded by researchers that this was done by al-Qaida to lure America into invading Afghanisan. Which was nicknamed the "graveyard of empires". -
USS Cole bombing
This was a suiciede bombing agaisnt the USS Cole, It was the deadliest attack on a U.S. vessel since 1987. Seventeen American soldiers were killed and 39 were injured. When the attack happened the Cole was in the Yemen port of Aden. al-Qaida claimed respnsiblility for the ataack and there were more attacks planned but they were not executed becasue there was too much weight on the small ships that were being used for the bombings. -
World Trade Center and Pentagon bombings
The most destructive act ascribed to al-Qaida was the series of attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001. These attacks destroyed the World Trade Center, damaged the Pentagon and crashed another plane in a series of suicide hijacking of airplanes. Osama bin Laden did take credit for the attacks days before the 2004 Presidential Election. 2,996 died the day of the attacks. -
Bali bombings
