The last year in college, his dad was let out of jail to watch him, after all of the years, but the first game he could watch, Peterson broke a collarbone, and was out for the rest of the season. He then moved on to the pro's however, finnishing the season with 1,112 yards and his career with 4,045 yards in just 3 years, becoming a Heisman trophy finalist in 2004 as well.
