What diseases were there in the Middle Ages?
There are heaps and heaps of diseases that occur from all the excrement that is thrown out of windows and onto the streets for everyone to inhale and possible catch your problem. Some of the most popular diseases to catch were bubonic plague( Black plague), Variola major (small pox). From looking at photos the small pox is terrible, it’s when you get all these bumps that weep and pus its terrible mostly common in kids. -

what was crime like in the middle ages?
The crime that was mostly broken were disobeying the 10 commandants, witchcraft, theft, heresy, murder, treason and even this is crazy but working on Sundays could also lead to punishment. The punishment that could follow these acts were Pillory, the rack torture, Ripping out of your teeth, the hot iron (mostly used for witchcraft), Ducking stool, water torture, you can be hung for most crimes and thumbscrews which crush your thumbs into a pulp! -

what were the houses like in the middle ages?
The higher EARLS would live in the Manor house; cottages were for the lonesome and families, longhouses for farmers or extremely big families. The houses were made out of timber frames with wattle and daub, they wove twigs around the scaffolding, clay and straw to seal and join things together. The poor would have to make their houses out of stone and clumped them together to form a house sad really -

What methods were used to heal in the middle ages?
It would be a wise women’s job to heal using most of her herbal remedies, a Barber surgeon would do most of the disgusting jobs like amputation sticking a tube up someone’s gluteus Maximus. Some of the remedies used by the wise women are a pot of stewed worms, lungwort leaves, skull cap and most wise women’s would usually have a herb garden. -

What would people get taxed for in the middle ages?
There was a thing called E.A.R.L.S which was they feudalism scale it would go like this
the peasants/families would pay the knights the land they owned which then the knights would pay the king/queen -

ON THE STREETS AGAIN
Who would help put out a fire?
If someone’s house or any object was on fire everyone in town would grab a pail (bucket) of water a create a massive circle around the object on fire and everyone at once would through the water over the burning object to “help” put it out this method wasn’t very affective. There was no such thing as a fireman or a fire brigade. -
