Full Police Statements on Valerie Hamilton's Death- Jacob Burgess

    The CMPD Homocide Unit and Missing Person Unit have been looking for Ms. Valerie Grace Hamilton. She was last seen between 12:30 and 1:30 A.M. at Thomas Street Tavern, 1228 Thomas Ave. She is 23 years old, weighs 125 pounds, has Hazel eyes, brown hair, and has a very distinctive tatoo on the back of her neck. Det. Martin and A.L. Hart are the primary investigators on this case.

    The suspect was last seen wearing jeans and a T-shirt. He is 5'10" and weighs approx. 165 pounds. He was clean shaven and did not have any visible tatoos. He is suspected to be in his mid- late thirties.
  • Some time between 12 A.M and 11:59 P.M.

    According to the warrants, police searched Hamilton's apartment on Sept. 17. They seized various items, including a computer, a stun gun, straws and an unidentified white powder.

    CMPD recovered Ms. Hamiltons body inside a storage unit at a Mini-storage center on 4500 Monroe road. Det. have signed warrants for Murder and Auto Theft for Michael Neal Harvey, who was last seen ina 1996 white Chevy Blazer. The NC license tag is ZXE-1756. It is either a two door or a four door vehicle

    The FBI amd U.S Marshals arrested Micheal Neal Harvey in Niagara Falls, NY. They are now working on the extradition process. The CMPD would like to thank the media, the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service, and the DEA.

    The stolen 1996 Chevy Blazer has been recovered in Niagara Falls, NY.
  • 5:10 P.M.

    5:10 P.M.
    Ms. Hamilton appeared to not have any physical trauma, but the toxicology report have not been recieved. She reportedly left the Tavern with the suspect, and they found traces of drug use. Witnesses said she needed medical attention, and the suspect not seek necessary medical attention.
    The suspected is believed to have attempted to conceal her death to dispose of all evidence.
  • 12:00 P.M.

    The Police Chief stated today that she did indeed die of drug overdose, and that he didn't kill her.

    When the Police searched Hamilton's last calls, they found a call from 2:38 A.M. to 2:39 A.M. from Harvey.
