    This an annual American Jazz festival that is widely loved and very well known, it was widely released on VHS, DVD, Vinyl, and cd. Many bands performed such as Muddy Waters, and Nina Simone. The festival still happens to this day and is still very popular.

    Nixon's and Kennedy's debate was the first presidential debate ever broadcasted on tv, Nixon actually refused to wear makeup for the first debate, subsequently, his facial stubble was very prominent and he actually started sweating under the studio lights. It was broadcasted by WBBM-TV, Chicago.

    Kennedy was shot dead while attending a parade in Dallas, He was riding in a convertible when this happened leading to the new common sense of not putting presidents in convertibles. He was the youngest president to ever be assassinated, and the youngest to assume the presidency.

    This was the Beatle's first-ever live television U.S. appearance. Thousand of Americans gathered around their televisions to watch as four men from Liverpool made history. This is what was also gonna cement the Beatles as the world's most popular band at the time.

    The Resolution was a joint resolution that the United States Congress passed in response to the Gulf of Tonkin incident, it authorized the president to "take all necessary measures to repel any armed attack against the forces of the United States"
