    3)The election of 1968. Dem started to abandon LBJ, they looked for an anti-war canidate. Kennedy was asked first, he refused so they asked Eugene McCarthy. Kennedy later joined cause McCarthy was only 1% shy of LBJ.LBJ later announced he was out of the presidential race.
    4)a riot broke out in Chicago after Humphrey was chosen.
