  • First text message sent

    Sent by Neil Papworth.
    What his message read was "Merry Christmas".
    Nokia was the first Handset mobile phone handset that sent text message.

  • Internet was created

    Created by Bob Kahn.
    He wanted to assemble the "network to networks". And turned into what is today the basic internet.

  • Playstation Created

    Sony Interactive Entertainment created the Playstation.
    The first handheld game console. Launched in Japan and then quickly spread around the world.

  • Nintendo 64

    Hiroshi Yamauchi was the inventor of Nintendo.
    It was a "much hyped, long anticipated moment."

  • DVD Created

    Sony Corporations were the fist created the DVD player.
    They were very expensive and full-fledged players in July 2000 for $700-$1200.
