Adobe was fond of their work and funded the two, creating and developing a team there. Today we still have Adobe Photoshop and so much more! The invention of photoshop created the need for more careers and more opportunities to learn about photo editing. -

The invention of the text message was heard around the world! Neil Papworth was apart of a small group working to create a SMS a Short Messaging System for a collaborative phone company. His invention today has given us our SMS system we use with our iPhone and Android. It has broaden the possibilities of communication across the world! -

The World Wide Web was one of the first online editors that featured a browser, connected to a server, and the intro to URL's- Launched by Tim Berners- Lee. This made the process of research and communication easier. -
DVD
The invention of the DVD was lead by three large technology companies: Sony, Toshiba, and Phillips Electronics. Movies were now on a flat digital disk. The format was agreed upon because it delivered better video and sound quality, all while being easy to access. -
The Furby
I chose this as a signifigant moment because of the creation and demand of electric toys! The original toy spoke it's own language although, it had the ability to generate English. It could even communicate with other toys! The Furby has weirdly developed into AI in our current generation and the use of robots.
