Suffering greatly throughout the season he lost hair and people even tried taking his record away. Eventually, it was recorded in the Baseball Almanac is is now official.

Marilyn Monroe, one of the most recognized faces in the world, was a popular film star. She starred in many movies of the 60’s. Said to be a good friend of the Kennedy’s, she performed for JFK’s birthday in 1962 at Madison Square garden. A couple months later she died. It said to have been from overdose. The rumors however, say she was murdered because of being a good friend of the Kennedy family.

President John F. Kennedy was assassinated at the peak of the Cold War, just a year after the Cuban Missile. JFK was killed while riding through Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas at 12:30 PM on November 22, 1963. With investigation, we found out Lee Harvey Oswald was the murderer.

FIGHTIn 1960, a man by the name of Muhammad Ali was accepted onto the Olympic boxing team. Competing in Rome, Italy he was 6ft 3in tall and known for his footwork and possessing a powerful jab. After winning his first three matches he competed against Zbigniew Pietrzkowski, earning his gold medal. He was then a true hero to all Americans. He took out Henry Cooper in 1963 and then Sonny Liston in 1964 to become the heavyweight champion of the world.

With JFK being assassinated, his brother Robert Kennedy knew he was automatically in danger as well. He was said to have made many enemies during his lifetime. At midnight on June 5th, 1968 Robert Kennedy was being escorted through a kitchen pantry in the Ambassador Hotel. He was then assassinated by a man by the name of Palestinian Sirhan. He was shot multiple times and died the following day.
