    A political party was created in 1921 to draw workers away from communism. Adolf Hitler famously joined the party and became the leader in the same year it was founded. The same year, Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany and began his Third Reich.

    This tragedy is the factor that led the United States to join the second World War. Japan attacked the United States and bombed the nation.
