    The attack of cotton by a bettle of some kind know as the boll weevil. This bug ruined the productury of cotton for up to thirty years after it started in Texas and Mexico then spread to other states that were know to have cotton.

    When the KKK was at it's peck, being large and strong was during this time period. Thousands of people dressed in the clothong they wore, white robes, filled the streets.

    The first to fly over the Atlantic by themselves. The thirty-three and a half hour journey landed him in Paris coming from Long Island.

    These two men were accused of murdering a paymaster and his guard. Many believe they were accused just because they were immigrants and in the area.
