    -Revolutionized assembly line-modes of production for the automobile.

    Established the Prohibition
    -Production, transportation,or sale was ILLEGAL

  • Senate Rejects League (Political Event)

    -Senate would not ratify the Versailles Treaty.

  • Womens Suffrage/19th Ammendment (Law, Political Event, Legal Case)

    -Granted American women the right to vote.
    -went national with the Seneca Falls Convention

  • Sacco and Vanzetti Trial (Legal Case)

    • Sacco and Vanzetti were convicted and put to death for murdering a guard and pay master during an armed robbery of Slater and Morrill Shoe Company

  • Presidential Elections (Political Event)

    -Warren G. Harding
    -First election since the ratification of the 19th Ammendment.

  • President Harding dies (Event)

    -Harding dies of a stroke in and San Francisco hotel room.
    -Experienced possible food poisoning
    -Seemed to be getting better but later died due to a sudden stroke/heart attack
    -wife never allowed autopsy.

    -he died thinking his book was a failure due to its lack of sales when it came out.
    -After war, book sales boomed and became apart of high school curriculum.
