    -Body systems continue to develop

    -Head is less disproportionate to rest of body.

    -Rapid development of body systems.

    -Additional subcutaneous fat accumulates.

  • Warning Signs During Pregnancy

    Unusually heavy or smelly vaginal discharge.
    %u2022Very bad headaches, dizziness or blurred vision, persistent fatigue, or trouble breathing.
    %u2022Bleeding from the vagina.
    %u2022Swollen hands and face (especially in late second or third trimester).
    %u2022No signs of labor more than one day after membranes rupture (%u201Cwater breaks%u201D).
    %u2022Seizures or blackouts.
    %u2022Marked decrease in urine output.
    %u2022Severe, unexplained pain in the shoulder.
