    In one of the most epic performances in Big 12 history, Mike Singletary scored 43 points -- including 29 in a row during a breathtaking late rally -- to lead 11th-seeded Texas Tech to a stunning 88-83 victory over No. 6 seed Texas A&M in the opening round of the Big 12 tournament in Oklahoma City.
    For A&M (23-9), it was a crushing blow for a team that entered the postseason having won six games in a row and looking like an NCAA Tournament lock.

    The Aggies' season came to halt as No. 1 seed Connecticut dominated from start-to-finish, 92-66, in the second round of the West Regional in Philadelphia.
    The Aggies (24-10) were knocked out of the Tournament by a No. 1 seed for the second straight year.
    Bryan Davis and Donald Sloan led the Aggies with 12 points.
