    After revolutionaries in Russia wverthrew the czar, the U.S. started to panic. Lenin then established a new comminist state and a Communist party also formed in the United States. many people were scared because communists wanted a revolution that would get rid of capitalism everywhere.

Falls managed to get the oil reverves transfered from the Navy to the Interior Department and secretly released it to two private oil companies. He recieved $400,000 in "loans, bonds, and cash" and was alter found guilty of bribery

    Sacco and Vanzetti were arrested and charged with the robbery and murder of a factory paymaster along with his guard. They asserted their innocence and provided alibis. yet the judge made prejudice remarks because they were Italian and the jury sentenced them to death.
