Yeti Life Cycle

  • Birth stage

    Start of the proposed project. Posters and display case are currently under evaluation and creation. The Yeti mugs are in the beginning stages of the product life cycle. Since they were just introduced, growing interest is recorded from the general population. Sales are slowly but surely increasing.
  • Growth stage

    The Yeti mugs are currently in the growth stage of the product life cycle. A new measure has been taken to increase interest, which is the school store contest in which the purchase of a Yeti could result in the eventual collection of a school store gift card. The public expresses interest by increased demand, which means more sales.
  • Maturity

    The Yeti mug is in the maturity stage of the product life cycle, meaning sales are at an all time high. With the introduction of the Yeti mug handles, a new promotional video, and a christmas special, the student and teacher population are expressing great interest in the product.
  • Decline

    Due to the closure of the school store for Christmas break, Yeti mug sales are now declining as the promotional project has come to an end. Sales are still occurring, but not at the rate in which was present during the maturity stage.
