    History on Holocaust 6 miillion Jews died in concentration camps. Some survivors moved to Georiga and this made Georgia rethink the treatment of minorities. Georgia also rexamined racial practices. The Georiga Commission educated people on the Holocaust so people could know what was going on.

    Brunswick and Savannah Before the war, the shipyard was used to export cotton and rice. The Emergency Shipbuilding Program was announced by FDR in January of 1941 and Brunswick became a place to build Liberty Ships. This shipyard built 99 ships and J.A. Jones Construction built them. The workers showed hardwork and dedication.
