    The Munich Pact

The Munich Pact was a meeting between Britain, France, and Hitler where they discussed letting Hitler take a part of Czechoslovakia, just not all of it. Hitler agrees to this and a few months later, breaks his promise when he takes the rest of Czechoslovakia. This showed that Hitler's word wasn't true and he couldn't be trusted even when something benefited him. He always wanted more than other countries were willing to give. Hitler was willing to do whatever it took to get what he wanted.

10,000 marines stormed the island to keep the Japanese from finishing an airfield, a preparation to invade Australia. His suicide made the public realize his power had been coming to an end and Germany couldn't win the war without him.

This bomb and the first one caused so many deaths and so much damage, the Japanese had to surrender and this ended WWII for good.
