One day after the bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese, the U.S declares war on Japan, dropping neutrality acts and entering WW2.

The Germans siege Stalingrad. This begins constant bombing of the city. Stalin wants the area protected at all costs.

D-Day (Or "Operation Overlord") Commences and the beaches of Normandy are invaded. This would be a successful mission.

Berlin suffers heavy bombing and is then cleared out. Only to find Hitler had comitted suicide. This was an unconditional surrender.

The "Little Boy" atomic bomb is dropped on Nagasaki on August 6th, then The "Fat Man" atomic bomb is dropped on Hiroshima 3 days later. Japan surrenders immediatly and the war ends.
