German troops made there way in 1940 to France and quickly defeated the French army. This happen because of the operation Case Yellow. Case Yellow was to cut off and surround the Allied units that had advanced into Belgium.

On september 1940, German Aircrafts made there way to London to begin the Blitz. They did this act because they wanted to destoy the Capital because Hitler was frustrated about the RAF's superiority and it was a tatic to fight multiple countries at once. These raids only shocked the will of the british people for the rest of the war.

On June 6, 1944 the allied troops made there way to France's Normandly region. The allied were trying to take back land. In the end the aliied troops gain back all of northern France and the begining of the ending of World War 2.

On August 6th, 1945 U.S air force dropped atomic bombs on two japanese cities. The U.S did this to end World War Two as fast as possible. This brought an end World War two.
