  • Treaty of Versailles

    Germany cannot extend their border unless it's through peaceful matters. The Germans didn't follow the rules in the war and resulted in the U.S joining the war. Germany then was forced to assume all debt caused by the war including all damage done to the other countries during the war.
  • 1929 Gevena Convention

    The geneva convention was signed to help out Prisoners of War and that they would recieve help.
  • Nazi, Soviet, non-agressive pact.

    The pact was signed on the 23 of August in 1938. The pact was between Germany and Soviet. They agreed not to fight for 10 years, but the Nazi's attacked Soviet on June 22, 1941, thus breaking the pact.
  • Restoration of Peace: Post War Occupation of Japan

    On December 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor was bombed by the Japanese. War began soon after that. United States and the other Allied Forces helped restore Japan.

    What: Germany against British
    Where: North Africa
    Why: British wanted to destroy the axis force. Egypt:
    Who: Italy and Germany vs Egypt and Britain
    What: Italians marched into battle with Egypt to fight
    Where: North Africa
    Why: Italians fought because they wanted a quicker way to access Ethiopia. The invasion of Egypt was a cause to draw Americans in.

  • Rommel's Command of the Axis Powers

    In 1943, Rommel was put in charge of Atlantic, when he passed away on October 14, 1944, it gave the Allies a better chance at winning.
  • Italy leaving the Axis Power

    Italy surrendered to the Allied Forces, Allied Forces invaded Italy on September 3, 1943. Italy couldn't fight back and many were wounded.
  • Operation Torch

    It involved the axis(Vichy France, and Germany) and the Allied( U.S and British). The axis lost 1346 men and 1997 men were wounded. Allied lost 479 men, 720 were wounded.
  • World War II Supreme Allied Commander

    Dwight D. Eisenhower was the first Supreme Allied Commander in Europe. In 1944 he was supreme commander of operation overload.
  • Japanese Internment

    This was issues by president Franklin Roosevelt. This was argued on October 11, 12 1944, and decided on the 18th of december in 1944.
