Hitler Comes Into Power
On September 19,1933 Adolf Hitler came into power over Germany. As soon as he took power Germany started to have many conflicts with others countries escalating the tension between people leading to World War II. -
Invasion of Poland
Not long after Adolf Hitler took power he lead Germany into the invasion of Poland. France and Britain declared war on Germany because of a agreement they had with Poland. Soon after Australia,Canada,New Zealand,South Africa,and India also declared war on Germany. This was the start to World War II. -

North African Invasion
Fighting in North Africa started with the Italian declaration of war on 10 June 1940. On 14 June, the British Army's 11th Hussars crossed the border from Egypt into Libya and captured the Italian Fort Capuzzo. -
Battle of Greece
April 1041 Germany Invaded Greece. Hitler sent his troops in to invade and later conquer Greece. Germany had Italy and Bulgaria as allies while Greece had Britian. Greece sent troops to invade Bulgaria. -
Battle of Crete
After one day of fighting, the Germans had suffered very heavy casualties, and the Allied troops were confident that they would prevail against the German invasion. The next day, through miscommunication and the failure of Allied commanders to grasp the situation, Maleme airfield in western Crete fell to the Germans, enabling them to fly in reinforcements and overwhelm the defenders. The battle lasted about 10 days. -
Battle of Monte Cassino
Between the Allies and the joint German and Italian troops in the early part of 1944, the Battle of Monte Cassino was one of the hardest fought battles of the Second World War. The main objective for the Allied forces fighting their way up from Southern Italy was to break through the Germans’ Gustav Line — a series of military fortifications running across Italy — and gain control of Rome. -

Battle of Caen
From Jne to august of 1944 British and Canadian troops fought against the Germans. Originally, the Allies aimed to take the French city of Caen, one of the largest cities in Normandy, on D-Day. Caen was a vital objective for several reasons. Firstly, it lay astride the Orne River and Caen Canal; these two water obstacles could strengthen a German defensive position if not crossed. Secondly, Caen was a road hub; in German hands it would enable the enemy to shift forces rapidly. -
Battle of Berlin
Starting on 16 April 1945, the Red Army breached the German front as a result of the Vistula–Oder Offensive and advanced westward as much as 25 miles a day through East Prussia, Lower Silesia, East Pomerania, and Upper Silesia, temporarily halting on a line 37 mi east of Berlin along the Oder River. When the offensive resumed, two Soviet fronts (army groups) attacked Berlin from the east and south, while a third overran German forces positioned north of Berlin. -
World War Two Ends
On April 29,1945 World War Two ends. Germany lost to the U.S. and the rest of Europe. Germany had unconditionly surrendered to the rest of Europe,the U.S.,Greece,ect. This is the last World War known today. -
Hitler is Killed
On April 30,1945 Adolf Hitler is killed. The day after Germany surrendered and World War Two ended Hitler is killed. Hitler was the dictator of Nazi Germany. Hitler's death isn't certain on how he died but there are theories.
