on the first of sepetember 1939 German troopes were sent to Poland to tkke over Poland,there was about 1.5 million troopes sent to Polan and this was the start of world war II. -
Britain and France
In responce to German invading Poland three days earlier France and Britain government declared war on Germany. Also automatically Britain and France found themselves at war alongside Australia and new Zealand. -
Dunkirk-opreation dynamo
On 26th of may britian and France had both decieded to form a beachhead around deunkirk, but for different reasond. While the britished hoped to escape from the german trap, France still wanted to fight on. This was when the British and Franec people joined forces to fight for the Dunkirk people and stop the germans from getting to Dunkirk.
