The meeting consisted of a recap of the 2013 hunting deer season. A number of updates were given on research, law enforcement and diseases affecting deer and elk.

Committee members voted on antler point restrictions, temporary ban deer feeding and baiting, the definition of albino and white deer and the use of drones for hunting.

After a debate, a motion was passed to make 2015 antlerless deer tags land specific in counties instead of zone specific.

The board members went over the 2014 deer season. The 2015 permit quota was set and research, law enforcement, and elk updates were given.
