In 1927 Werner created a principle that is still not fully understood by those who didnt study it. The principle broken down is saying you can never know the exact place and speed of an object. Due to everything in the universe is a particle and a wave at the same time.

in june of 1958 Werner released his book called Physics and Philosophy: The Revolution in Modern Science.
