Magna Carta is a charter of rights agreed to by
King John. It is still considered one of the greatest constitutional documents of all time, it limited the rights of the King and gave the people freedoms and guaranteed the rights to a fair trial. This is shown in the 6th amendment. The amendment gives citizens the right to a public trial, the right to an impartial jury and the right to know the charges against you. -
