    Team Commander Simon and BTU Lead Sarmi took charge of the year-end Consumer Lab Inventory while the first Team Commander for a vertical VTX was introduced - Jean for DirectPass. TU has released its first T3 renaming it to TechTip with SIOU Mars' research on Android vs iOS in an Enterprise environment was featured in the blog section of the bulletin. SIOU Lead Lillian collected Support Requirements for TMMS 2.2 and Gepay has started the revision of Escalations Handbook

    TMMS 2.2 GM TOI marked the first success of VTX-TMMS
    VTX-TMMS religiously followed the revised roles fit for a Readiness Project from CEM Creation, participating in Early Engagement Testing and Beta Testing, LOVs review and revision, KB content creation and Support Tools testing. TOI to support participated by VTX-TMMS members together with other regional support POCs, the symbol of PDLC Closure, marked the first success of VTX-TMMS which later became VTX-MOBILE~

    Escalations SOM RomeoB (a.k.a. cherba) announced that the Iterative Testing proposal for new and emerging products has been approved by none other than CarolC. Ever heard of the Dogfood Testing? Yeah, that's part of the cycle~ VTX Beta Testing Unit was renamed to VTX Testing Unit. Iterative Testing Taskforce was formed and lead by Benz and Rose and here are the members:

    MBR Product Team was the first to embrace the new testing process and requested for a Dogfood Testing for the next iteration of MBR. Excited, Iterative Testing Taskforce made its move by presenting a proposal which was immediately approved by the Pod Head, PM and JM.

    MBR 1.1 Dogfood Testing

    The first milestone happened - Iterative Testing Taskforce reviewed the scope, test guides and set the success criteria of the project with MBR QA and PM. It officially started on Aug-14 and held its endorsement meeting on Sep-7. The dogfood testing was actively participated by Android users of CSS confirming the bug fixes and sending recommendations to make customer experience better. When MBR was published in Google Play, its 1-star driver is the known issues found during the Dogfooding~
