Operation Overlord (D-day)

The End of World War Two
After the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on august 6th and 9th the Japanese government would surrender. After having been nuked twice and increasing pressure form the Soviet's. Japan Surrendered on August 15th but formally surrender on September 2nd 1945 bringing in end to the war.
