This court case was the one that dealt with armbands students were wearing at school expressing their freedom of speech. The case went to court and the court decided to allow students to express their beliefs at school with a 7-2 vote. -

Students were protesting the bombing of Cambodia when a military soldier shot and killed 4 students and left 9 others wounded. -
