    Idaho became a state in 1890 but Twin Falls wasn't founded until 1904. It began to become very populated so they thought it was appropriate to make it a town.

    The first train that came to Twin Falls came in 1905. This was good for travel and mail.

    The first-grade school in Twin Falls was made in 1916. It was on the edge of town.

  • Perrine Memorial Bridge

    This bridge is still an important bridge today because it allows us to travel across the Snake River canyon.

  • Evil Knievel

    Twin Falls is where daredevil Evel Knievel attempted to jump across the canyon in 1974 on a steam-powered rocket.

  • Unemployment Solution

    With the population steeply growing the number of jobs increased. This town is now one of the largest in the Magic Valley and Twin Falls County.
