CAB upwards to Antalya city centre, near Airport to NOX Suites. Checked in on Friday 27th October 2023. -
1 day stay, give time to find the right Hotel

This was suppose to be a 3 days stay

Serious Brain damage, the result of a fall around poolside. My boy did CPR, Hotel staff did no know what to do ambulance was called and taken to the hospital. -
Taken directly from hotel to hospital via ambulance. -
This was hotel 3 and the last hotel, idea was we would fly back from here on the 31st October. Back to the UK> -
The pain and discomfort and not being able to walk properly meant i wasn't able to fly, also had advice about Cabin pressure and head injury. -
Stayed an Extra 3 days to recover. Hotel gave me a preference rate, due to the accident.

Was not able to fly back on scheduled day (31st October). Unable to walk properly and felt very sick, in a lot of pain and was advised not to risk a 2 day injury with the added cabin pressure. -
Hotel was able to give me a concession rate, due to the injury. Stayed an extra 3 days, as was not able to move around freely due to injury. -
Submitted Claim Form. Asked what else was required, ie supporting document.
