    The Japanese invasion of China is when Japan invaded Manchuria China. They did this because Japan wanted to be an Imperial Power. This outcome of this was that their was a treaty stating that Japan had to leave China alone. Which they didn't listen to the League of Nations.

    German Blitzkrieg is something the Germans used to disorganize their enemy through mobile forces and concentrated attacks. They did this so they could take out huge concerns going into the war so like major weaponry they would take out. They were very successful with this because they practiced on many states to see if it worked out.

    Germany invaded Poland and bombed their airfield and destroyed their naval bases with U-boats. They did this because it was "defensive action" is what they claimed but Britain and France did buy into it so they called war of Germany starting WW2

    Germany pretty much walked into Paris and occupied it. Nobody did anything to help the french. The Germans did this because France declared war on them. Nobody sent aid as in troops but America did send material aid.

    Hitler launched 3 great army troops into Soviet Russia to control Barbarossa. They would have pretty much owned everything if they got that. Hitler ended up failing to do this and it was a huge turning point for the war. And Hitler was battling a two front war.

    Japanese planes struck Pearl Harbor pretty much destroying every ship in the harbor. They did this because they declared war on the US. Then the next day FDR declared war on Japan and then that led to them being allies with Germany and Italy and so they all declared war on the US.

    This was the successfully won war between the Soviets and Nazi Germany. They were able to fight off the Germans to protect this city. It led to another great turn around for the war it became in the allies favor.

    US surrendered to Japan because there were 75,000 Filipino and American troops that were forced to walk a 65 mile walk to the prison camps. And many people died which led it to be called the Bataan Death March.

    This was the final invasion the US and Great Britain and they were going to go for Italy. They were going to go after Italy to get rid of the Germany Nazi's inside of there. The US and Great Britain we successful in doing this.

    American, British and Canadian troops stormed beaches of the Nazi controlled Europe with wide open space and against heavy artillery. They did this to try to gain control of this area. This battle was known as The Beginning of the end of the war in Europe.

    Soviet soldiers were the first to liberate the camps. They did this on the very final stages of the war. Then went from one concentration camp to Auschwitz where they saw exhausted prisoners.

    Hitler attempted to catch the allied forces off guard which he did and the forces fought really hard to keep their ground. Hitler did this to get control of the bridgeheads. This led to the allied line to go into this massive bulge and a successful maneuvering of the third army led to the neutralization of the Nazi's.

    Allied bombings began to hit the German city Dresden. This was the single most destructive bombing of the war. They did this to lower their power the Nazi empire. This led to Germany almost being on the verge of surrender.

    On this day Great Britain and the US was celebrating. They were celebrating because the Victory in Europe hence VE day. They were celebrating because they were rejoicing the stop of the Nazi War Machine.

    A B-29 bomber dropped its first atomic bomb ever over a city Hiroshima. This wiped out 90% of the city. Then three days later another one on Nagasaki. The did this to get back for Pearl Harbor. This led to Japan surrendering in the war of WW2.

    This day was known as VJ Day because it was the Victory of Japan because they surrendered. They formally surrendered on the USS Missouri. This closed everything about the war.
