    Aristotle
Was known for his major contribution as stating all substances are made of 4 elements. Earth, water, air, fire, spirit. he was born in 384 B.C. ,but tragically died in 322 B.C. Plus, halfway through his life he moved to Athens. He was even influenced by Plato
  • John Dalton

    John Dalton
John Dalton had transformed Democratus ideas on atoms into a atomic theory. This was his major contribution. He knew all matter was made of tiny paricles. The atoms of the same element were exactly alike so he took this idea.
  • J.J Thompson

His major contribution was actually discovering electron series. Conducted the Casode Rays expirement. By adding electron guns he found that the moving pieces were magnetic fields!
  • Robert Millikan

Big for discovering the mass of and electron. This was his major contribution. Millikan also conducted his own expirement. Millikan was a true hero to all science fans as he discovered mass of elements!
  • Ernest Rutherford

Ernest Is big for discovering the nucleus in elements, which today is so big of a deal. He also was known for doing many expirements. He did a gold foil expirement and others too.
  • Neils Bohr

He is proposed to knowing that ]electrons can only really be found in circular path, or atoms around the nucleus this was indeed his major contribution. He even made his own model to prove this statement.
  • Sir James Chadwick

Confirming the extinction of neutrons in the nucleus. He made his own view. He did prove an atom is for the most part empty space. He said an atom even has 2 regions.
