I enterd High School and JROTC I was active in Drill Team Color Guard and Rifle team. I was platoon a leader . Eventually reached the rank of Captain and became Inspector General and Chaplain.

The Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 is enacted into law over the veto of President Ronald Reagan, This causes a reversal in the decision of "Grove City vs. Bell", saying that if a school in any way receives federal funds then all of its programs must conform to Title IX.

A male coach who complained that his girls team was not being treated fairly was subject to retaliation for his complaint. Court declared that he could sue for damages under Title IX even though he was not the direct target of the descrimination, because he was retaliated against for demanding equal treatment for his team under Title IX.
